Hillwood Łódź Chocianowice fully leased

Taiwan-based Univacco Europe has signed a lease for nearly 5,000 sqm at the Hillwood Lodz Chocianowice logistics park. Thus, the Lodz investment developed by Hillwood Poland has been 100 percent leased.

The 97,000 sqm Hillwood Lodz Chocianowice logistics park is located in the southern part of the city, just off the S14 expressway and near the Port Lodz Shopping Center. It’s an excellent place for business development, as evidenced by the very successful commercialization process that ended with the agreement signed between Univacco Europe and Hillwood Poland. The company has leased 4,666 sqm of warehouse space and 269 sqm of office space.

Univacco Europe is a company belonging to the Taiwanese Univacco Technology Inc. group, which specializes in modern printing technologies on a variety of materials, particularly films. From the very beginning, it was planned that the company’s European headquarters would be located in Poland, where it was looking for an ideal place to set up a distribution center.

The warehouse market in Poland has a lot to offer, but this time the Central Poland region was analysed in detail. The third largest market stands out as an appealing choice for logistics operators and retail chains seeking to establish their central warehousing and distribution centres to serve the whole Europe. Our data shows that demand for warehouse space in central locations in the first quarter of the year reached 180,000 sqm, achieving the second-highest result in Poland. Hillwood Lodz Chocianowice is a warehouse park of over 97,000 sqm, located in the southern part of Lodz, just off national road 14, close to the Port Lodz Shopping Center. The park’s location provides easy access to the S14 expressway, the western bypass of Lodz and Pabianice, and to the A1 and A2 highways.
